Mediation

Mediation is a powerful tool because it puts control of the case back into the parties’ hands. Litigation is a painful and expensive process yet mediation allows parties to decide how and when to end their dispute. For that reason, mediation is an important part of our judicial system. Everyone benefits from resolving their cases through mediation. Although attendance is usually court-ordered, the resolution is voluntary. I embrace the mediator’s challenge to keep the parties talking in spite of different positions, interests and goals.

• Certified Circuit Mediator in all judicial circuits of the State of Florida
• Certified Mediator for the U.S. District Court, Middle District of Florida
• Certified Mediator by the Florida Department of Business & Professional Regulation, Division of Florida
  Condominiums, Timeshares and Mobile Homes for disputes under §718.1255, Fla. Statutes
• Eligible Mediator for Better Business Bureau disputes
• Mediator at the Jax Mediation Center

For your scheduling convenience, I have displayed my availability for the next several months. Please review this calendar with the other participants in your mediation and then call my office at 904.866.4648 to confirm your chosen date so that we can reserve it for you.

Availability Dates
Morning and full day mediations are scheduled at 9:00am. Afternoon mediations are scheduled at 1:30pm unless requested otherwise. Please see the calendar below to check my current availability. Blank days are currently available. Other days are reflected on the calendar and booked as follows:

Busy Full Day - 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Busy Half Day - Morning - 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

Busy Half Day - Afternoon - 1:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.
